Sugar rush (paint on stabilised sugar blocks). A work exploring our relationship with sugar. Society has, relatively recently become much more aware of its dangers as well as its heavenly pleasures. Generally individuals can now make a much more informed choice about what their food contains and how we eat, but food manufactures continue to ‘over sugar’ to enhance entice and addict the consumer.
